HS boys basketball

  Hey guys, we've got two more bb games next week and we'll be finished with our basketball season. We've had an excellent season so far and I expect an excellent finish too. We've got a tough road ahead of us and we need to be prepared for what's coming. We don't have to win the whole thing, but we must be prepared to win the whole thing. So I really want us all to be tough and strong for our next games. As I mentioned at school I want each of you to run at least 15 suicides over the break (5 per day, 3 days). Do a warm up with the ball and then run your lungs out (high intensity). If you don't have a court, run up and down your street. It doesn't matter if it looks crazy. To win a championship teams do a lot of hard work, doesn't matter if it looks crazy. I'll ask you on Monday how many suicides you ran over the weekend. I expect you to run and to tell the truth. 
  Let's be ready to go for that final game and fight hard for 4 quarters. If we do that it will be a success (regardless of what the scoreboard says). If somebody beats us then they'll really deserve it because we will not allow any free shots. Stay focused and work hard! Go Eagles!

      1. Watch how they are always moving inside then circle out..

      1. If players dribbles back, implies teammate next to him set a pick for him.

      2. If guard dribbles towards yours sport, then you cut inside to make that spot available for him and all others rotate to fill the empty spots.

      3. If players drives in with the ball weakside follow (go inside) for support/option.

      4. If ball goes inside weakside goes inside for support/option.
